Most of my videos are with musical accompaniment, however, this one is mostly contemplatively, meditatively silent in the evergreen trees. There will be some ambient traffic noise in the loud deciduous trees.

For 12 years I
have been a little Santa's helper elf, of sorts, and supported Santa
Hank's efforts to provide help and support to those in need.
One little
thing the homeless really appreciate getting from Santa Hank are
those $5.00 Tim Hortons Gift Cards [20 x $5.00 = $100.00] available
at 27th
and Mountain Highway, Tim
Hortons, 2747 Mountain Hwy., North Vancouver, BC
.
These are
several most precious things I like about the way he and his family
and friends conduct themselves. He never judges people. He never
moralizes. He never gets preachy. He just does the job he's
assigned. He
even helps the rich by redistributing some of there wealth to the
poor.
Santa
delivered gifts to the homeless on the North Shore of Vancouver.
This surprise visit helped to bring the Christmas spirit to a
place where lonely hearts can feel loved and remembered.

“Volunteers
counted 100 people “living rough” on the North Shore in this
year’s Metro Vancouver homeless count but in actuality, you’d
have to septuple* (ie: over 7 times) that number to find the real
homeless population.
The North Shore
Homelessness Task Force published a report this week [SEPTEMBER,
2017] finding 736
unique individuals
registered for services reserved for the homeless on the North Shore
over the course of 2016. The study found another 295 individuals who
were at imminent risk homelessness.”
*
Septuple - multiply (something) by seven; increase sevenfold.
